A Hatha yoga session, focusing on alignment to go deeper in your practice, mobilising joints, strengthening muscles and tendons. Sessions include standing, seated and balancing postures, as well as floor based somatic work helping you unwind past injuries so you move with ease, freedom and joy.
This class is suitable for beginners or anyone who wants to learn the basic actions of poses to maximise their potential from the ground up. Includes progressive postures for those more experienced in their yoga practice.
