ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Please arrive 10 minutes early.
If its your first time joining one of our sessions, I invite you to fill out a Registration Form. It helps me provide a session that’s safe and supportive for you. You’re welcome to fill it out over the phone with me (approx 15 mins) or online or in paper format. You can have a look at one here.
You're also welcome to answer as many questions as you like.
All information is kept in the strictest confidence.
In the interest of hygiene, please bring your own Yoga Mat or 'sticky dot' yoga towel, let me know if you need one. You can hire one for £1. You can also purchase one from us here.
Mobile phones on silent during sessions please.
You may want to bring:
A bottle of water
Sun screen (if outdoors)
Insect repellant (if outdoors)
Layers of clothes

We operate on a sliding scale system and income dependant.
These group sessions are not Trauma Sensitive Yoga. I offer these on a 1-1 basis. If you’re interested please contact me here.
Refunds
When you buy a session or package of time with me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you. This affects how many other clients I can take on. For that reason I don’t offer refunds. If you want to make sure my style is right for you. I suggest booking an hour to start, if you end up wanting a package i’ll apply the fee for that hour towards the total price.
Cancellations
If you’ve booked an hour or block of hours and need to cancel theres no fee if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made within 24 hours, phone calls, no shows, I deduct the time from your package. Same goes if you bought a single hour or event, you will be charged in full.
My Commitment To You
Our time is valuable and if you’re late for your appointment you loose that time. If you don’t show you’ll still be charged in full. In turn I promise to honour our appointments and be on time as well. Thank you.
